I wanted to take a month off from drinking but still enjoy the experience of what a craft cocktail brings. When faced with the challenge of creating a craft cocktail without alcohol, the question always becomes, what do you replace the alcohol with? Honestly a lot of NA spirits are trash, but you know what’s not? Pathfinder Hemp & Root.

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with pebble ice. Shake for 5 seconds. Add pebble ice to a chilled double old fashioned glass. Open pour shaking tin into glassware. Garnish with a mint sprig. Serve with a straw.

This sounds like a fantastic way to enjoy a complex, craft-style drink without the alcohol! The use of Pathfinder with orgeat is a brilliant combination. Do you have a preferred brand of orgeat you like to use for this?
