Non-Alcoholic

Refreshing

I decided to give up alcohol for Sober September. But I still wanted to have craft cocktails with depth and nuance. When it comes to tiki drinks, removing the alcohol makes it tough. A very common non-alcoholic drink is a bitters and soda, so I wanted to see if I could make a tiki version of it.

Ingredients

6 oz
Soda Water

.5 oz
Simple Syrup

.5 oz
Lime Juice

4 dash(es)

Combine the bitters, lime, and simple in a Collins glass filled with cubed ice. Pour the soda water down the side of the glass. Use a barspoon to give it a quick mix. Garnish with a mint sprig. Serve with a straw.
