Continuing on the Color Series with yellow. Vibrant, sour and refreshing. Call me biased but I think this one’s…simply the zest!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz
    Zero-Proof Tequila
  • 0.5 oz
    Lemon Syrup
  • 0.5 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 oz
    Pear Juice
  • 1 oz
    Club Soda

Instructions

  • Garnish

    • Lemon Wheel and Lemon Zest

  • Build

    • Shake & Strain

  • Glass

    • Old Fashioned/Rocks
