With tamarind, cardamom, and ghost pepper, this craft syrup packs some flavor. For those who think that with ghost pepper their mouth is going to be on fire, with this syrup the heat is well-balanced. Once mixed in with a cocktail it’s probably very tolerable for most individuals. I’ve gone hot sauce tasting and one of the big problems with using ghost peppers and such is they can be overpowering taking away the other flavors.
