In keeping with the Thanksgiving spirit, not only were there adult libations, but ones that everyone could enjoy as well! Making this recipe was quite the journey since I was able to use my new induction cooking apparatus to boil water and make the pear syrup fresh within minutes! Technology always has a way of making me feel really giddy!! Anyways, new toys aside, this one was also a hit with my fiancée who does not take kindly to alcohol.
