I wanted to give another No ABV cocktail a go, but this time with less sugar. So many of these drinks are so full of syrups and juices that they have more calories than something with booze. This one clocks in at only 65 calories, so Dry January need not conflict with other health goals you may have.

Ingredients


  • 0.5 oz
    Raspberry Ginger Syrup

  • 0.5 oz
    Lemon Juice

  • 2 oz
    San Pellegrino Momenti Lemon Raspberry Soda

  • 2 oz
    Fee-Brothers Mediterranean Tonic Water

  • 2 dash(es)
    Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

First, make your syrup. Simmer equal parts sugar and water until the sugar dissolves. Add 1/2 cup raspberries and a few slices of peeled, fresh ginger, then bring to a boil. As soon as it’s boiling, remove it from the heat. Leave to cool for several hours, tasting frequently until the raspberry and ginger flavor is to your liking.
