Spiritless Grapefruit Cascade Haze

Non-Alcoholic
Bolder notes of Kentucky bourbon and citrusy grapefruit blend with a sweet pomegranate finish. Topped with a hazy IPA and a rosemary sprig, this drink is a refreshing, bitter-forward aperitif.

- 2 oz.Spiritless Kentucky 74
- ¾ oz.
- ¾ oz.
- 4To 6 Oz. Ceria Indiewave IPA
- Rosemary Sprig, For Garnish

Shaken, strained
Highball Glass
Add all the ingredients except the Ceria Indiewave to a shaking tin and quickly shake with ice (approximately 5 to 7 seconds) to chill. Add 4 to 6 oz. of Ceria Indiewave IPA to chilled ingredients to the shaking tin. Double-strain cocktail into a highball glass with ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
