Remove top and cut strawberry into quarters. Remove leaves from a basil sprig and combine with strawberry quarters and Kentucky 74 in a mixing tin. Muddle and strain* liquid into a highball glass. Add ice and Fever Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda.
