Savoury cucumber brine and cooling mint meet the warmth of aromatic cardamom. This refreshing blend is lifted by crisp tonic and soda for a clean, botanical finish.

- 10 mlGreen Shiso & Mint Cordial
- 10 mlCardamom Cordial
- 5 mlCucumber Pickle Brine
- 45 mlLight Tonic

A slice of pickled cucumber
Stirred
In a glass full of ice add 25ml Pentire Seaward, 10ml green shiso and mint cordial, 10ml cardamom cordial, a dash of pickle brine and lightly stir to combine. Top with 45ml light tonic and 45ml soda water. Give a gentle final stir and garnish with a slice of pickled cucumber.
