Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a margarita glass rimmed with lime zest sugar. Garnish with pineapple wedge (optional to dip wedge in sugar and caramelize with torch) *Lime Zest Sugar: Zest 1 lime and add to 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and add a pinch of nutmeg. Mix.
