Mango lassi is a delicious creamy non-alcoholic drink, which is great for dry January. Having a mango lassi is a special treat at an Indian restaurant, but it is also easy to make at home. It seems more on the dessert side of things, but it isn’t really that unhealthy. If you throw some protein powder into the blender, then you have a power shake.

Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour into a glass. Garnish with a dash of ground cardamom. A paper straw is a must for this thick drink.

Editor's Note

A classic, creamy mango lassi that balances tropical fruit with the tang of yogurt. A dash of cardamom provides an aromatic finish to this refreshing, non-alcoholic staple.
