This is my first original cocktail! I created it for Pride Weekend two years ago and it was a hit! It's a spicy passion fruit daiquiri, inspired by Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat and the song "Let's Have a Kiki!" Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 ozLime Juice
- 1/2 ozLiber & Co. Tropical Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1/2 ozSimple Syrup (recipe)
- 3-5 dash(es)Bad Dog Barcraft Fire & Damnation Bitters
- 1 dash(es)Ghost Pepper Extract

Let's Have A Kiki!
Combine everything into a shaker, add ice, shake well, double strain into a coupe glass. Original Garnish: Lime wedge with a pride flag poked into it. Variation: Arrange berries and citrus on the rim to give a rainbow effect.
