This recipe was originally created for "Dry January", we're coming out of the holidays and spending time with family which both typically mean a lot of consumption of alcohol. This is a bit of an extension of all of that sin alcohol. There are varying smells and taste that may remind you of your grandma's house: fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, the potpourri in the restroom, apples and honey as a snack.

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz
Fresh Orange Juice

1/2 oz
Fresh Lime Juice

3/4 oz
Honey Spiced Syrup

3 dash
Fee Bros. Aztec Chocolate Bitters

Add ingredients to a shaker tin, add ice, shake, and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Top with ginger beer and stir gently with a spoon.
