Earthy carrot and nutty pistachio orgeat blend seamlessly with a bright citrus lift. A bold splash of ginger beer and a hint of smoke add a spicy, sophisticated finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz
    OPTIMIST Smokey
  • 1 oz
    Carrot Juice
  • ¾ oz
    Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz
    Pistachio Orgeat
  • Ginger Beer

Instructions

    • Garnish with dried lemon and lime chips & fresh mint
