Remember those nostalgic moments of raiding your parents' liquor cabinet? Among the array of golden liquids, one always stood out. It was a small bottle containing a nuclear red liquid of mysterious origin. This was the bottle your parents would take out for your Shirley Temple or Roy Rogers, whichever was your childhood soft beverage of preference. It seemed like it could be maraschino cherry juice, but on the label, you'd find the word "Grenadine."
BG Reynolds Lush Grenadine is a blend of rich, tart pomegranate and natural cane sugar with a subtle tropical twist from hibiscus flowers. The result is a syrup that is not overly sweet but perfectly balanced, with a tangy kick from the pomegranate and a hint of floral notes from the hibiscus. This unique flavor profile sets BG Reynolds Lush Grenadine apart, and it's all achieved without artificial colors or flavors.
With BG Reynolds Lush Grenadine, you can experience the essence of a true pomegranate Grenadine. This differs from the typical Grenadine in your grocer's mixers section. It is a must-have for any bar, tropical, classical, and wherever a drink falls down a gullet on regular occasion. Unlike the nuclear red "cherry juice" often seen on the shelf, BG Reynolds offers a Grenadine fit for a cocktail connoisseur who wants to taste authentic, rich pomegranate juice in their Grenadine.
Numerous cocktails can be enhanced with BG Reynolds Lush Grenadine. One of our favorites is the Hurricane, made with BG Reynolds Passion Fruit syrup, dark rum, and lemon. Leave ½ oz of BG Reynolds Lush Grenadine at the bottom of the glass before pouring in your Hurricane for a stunning burst of color. It's also a key ingredient in the Zombie Punch, the Port Light, Shark's Tooth, Shrunken Skull, El Diablo, Cobra's Fang, and more. If you have a guest who's not a fan of rum cocktails, BG Reynolds Lush Grenadine can also be used to create a beautiful Tequila Sunrise.
However, BG Reynolds Lush Grenadine is not limited to cocktails. It's a versatile ingredient that can enhance your culinary creations. Picture a roast in the oven for dinner, glazed with BG Reynolds Lush Grenadine to bring out its unique color and tart flavor. A splash of BG Reynolds Lush Grenadine in an iced tea can be a refreshing delight. And if you're feeling adventurous with your ice cream machine, try making a grenadine sorbet with BG Reynolds Lush Grenadine. The possibilities are endless; you'll surely add this to your repertoire of go-to recipes.
Not just flavored simple syrup, our rich ratio of more sugar to less water means more flavor and texture for your drinks. BG Reynolds syrups are sealed tight after bottling, so your syrups will arrive ready for you to enjoy immediately or sit on your shelf until just the right moment. Once you've cracked open the bottle, we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator and using it within a year.
