Tiki Spice Syrup

Tiki spice syrup — handcrafted blend of allspice, cinnamon, clove, ginger, and warming-spice botanicals cooked into a rich-sugar syrup (BG Reynolds, Liber & Co., Latitude 29, Cocktail & Sons styles). Used as the spice modifier in Jet Pilot, Mai Tai variants, Zombie, Saturn, and any tiki spec calling for 'tiki spice mix' or 'allspice-and-cinnamon syrup'.
