Non-Alcoholic Absinthe-Style Mixer

Zero-proof cocktail mixer crafted to mimic the herbal-anise-wormwood profile of absinthe (anise, fennel, wormwood, sometimes hyssop or melissa). Used to spike spritzers, mocktails, and gin/vodka highballs with the louche-style aromatics of absinthe without alcohol. Distinct from floral tonics (different aromatic axis) and from absinthe liqueurs (no alcohol). Style includes Absinthia Fairy Dust.
