Liber And Co Gum Syrup

Gomme (gum) syrup — simple syrup thickened with gum arabic for silken, viscous mouthfeel and a perceived softening of spirit. Used in classic cocktails where texture and mouthfeel are part of the spec (Sazerac, Sours, fizzes).
