Golden Kiwi Syrup

Golden (yellow-fleshed) kiwifruit blended or juiced and cooked with sugar, yielding a pale-yellow syrup with mild tropical mango-pineapple-kiwi sweetness — less tart than green kiwi. Used in tropical and modern cocktails.
