Beer Syrup

Beer syrup: beer (often stout, IPA, or lambic) reduced with sugar to a concentrated malt-and-hop syrup. Adds malt sweetness, hop bitterness, or sour-funk character to whiskey, brandy, and shandy-style cocktails.
